BAKED ARTICHOKE HEARTS

Artichoke hearts baked with crushed garlic and homemade marinara sauce then topped with mozzarella cheese

CALAMARI

We don’t mean to brag, but we’ve been told we make the best calamari in town! Lightly floured then flash fried until the coating is crisp and golden

CHICKEN TENDERS

Fresh chicken tenderloins dipped in our special batter and cooked to a golden brown. Served with a side of bbq sauce

CHICKEN WINGS

Our own version of Buffalo wings. Served with carrot and celery sticks with a side of ranch dressing.

GOAT CHEESE MARINARA

Fresh creamy goat cheese in a marinara sauce with fresh basil leaves. Served with our homemade bread.

SMOKED CHICKEN QUESADILLAS

Home smoked chicken folded in a flour tortilla with diced green peppers, cilantro, and mozzarella cheese

TOMATO BASIL BRUSCHETTA

Fresh tomato and basil bruschetta served on toasted homemade bread.

Farm raised catfish blackened with our own special blend of Cajun seasonings or simply grilled to perfection.

FOUR CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS

Large pasta shells stuffed with spinach, provolone, Romano, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Topped with marinara sauce.

LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN

A boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in lemon juice and cracked peppercorns. Flame broiled to perfection

CAJUN MEATLOAF

2 slices of our moist and hearty meatloaf, generously laced with smoked Andouille sausage. Topped with a marinara aujus

BROILED CHICKN BREAST

Boneless skinless chicken breast flame broiled and served on a bed of sautéed spinach and topped with a red pepper cream sauce

MEAT LASAGNA
